Thanks for the suggestion but I think my arm needs the extra work out anyways and since I have to put the bottles in either my pants pocket or my bra to warm them up looking like I have a huge bag of tricks hidden my already big ass titties, I might as well work off this hanging sag I have under what used to be my arm...So I'll save my $3 thanks though! :)
