I am going to try that Jackie I have a client that wore it for months then all the sudden it wont stay on shes on a break now so we will try it before christmas Thanks for sharing

Also been asking about how much water they drink during the day, might as well try to get them healthy also. Now some of my clients have been wearing ncm (myself included) for months with no problems. I'm sure during January and February there will be a decline in appts for ncm. That's my issue right now.
