Thanks a bunch for the insight I'm not giving up just yet I have tried a few
but as long as new stuff comes out and I can continually learn new things I
will....I just have to find the time to play with the products more and find
what does work for me I just don't want to put the product on new clients and
have then return or not return at all for a service they are unsatisfied
with....I hope to go to a few classes while at the Long Beach show in January
crossing my fingers that I can afford to go and learn more!!!

Anna,

I haven'thad too much luck with it either 1st off it's in pods and I'm
reallyturned off to those freakn pods, never been a gel fan to begin with
thenhaving to try it and it is almost the same as regular gel,

I will tell you I was an acrylic girl prior to falling in love with ecoSo
Quick. I have tried gels from time to time over the years and nevercould get
the hang of it. I always forgot to do 4, cook, do 4, cook, thenthe thumbs. I
never got the hang of "stringing" the gel either. The big difference between UV
Gel Polish - pots or bottles - isapplication. Most who are having difficulty
are thinking "gelapplication" not "polish application" In other words theyare
applying far too thick and will have peeling, excessive chippingissues.

eco So Quick is NOT the same as regular gels - application and removal
iscompletely different, the clients that should be receiving thisapplication
fall into a different category than those who should be onacrylics or
traditional hard gels. The only thing that really is the sameis the long wear,
the cure in the lamp, the cleanse of the dispersionlayer.

Pati,

My personal opinion and suggestionwould be to buy a good brush for applying the
sog in pots... Star sells agreat one that is in the master tech brush kit.. I
use the long whiteone.... It makes the application so soft and effortless... it
reallydoes.... try it...the brush kit is a nice one...

I totally agree, I now have and have tried all the brushes - the 2 thatcame
with the kit (straight and oval) and the Master tech Tool kit. Ihated working
with the straight flat brush and loved the oval one. Toeach his own :) I think
we tend to gravitate what works for us after muchtrial and error and hopefully
not too much expense!
