I really hate when they do this, but I guess it is better than a no show or last second cancel. That is a great l way to look at it..or a Rubik's cube. Someone on Facebook wrote about appointment cards....why do I bother with them either? Somewhere all these people have a landfill of missing appointment cards.. Oh well....lol
