Thanks Simmy. 1. trim and file nails 2. clean up cuticles - blue cross, push back, nip, scrub w/ soapy nail brush 3. cleanse nail plate w/ acetone 4. apply pH Bond 5. base, 2 coats of color, top coat 6. clean up w/ 90% alcohol
Now, I didn't do the client that had the polish change color, but I'm confident in the abilities of the tech who did do them.
