Hey Cynthia! The ppl I have learned the most from on the skin side lurk on the now very quiet SkinTech list (just like nails)....Laura Root, Jan McCormick, James Mason, etc.
I carry a couple of product lines and my criteria are: no perfumes or dyes, small batch production, heavy on the science ( penta-peptides, Matraxyl, Argilene, etc). Of course they also have to be willing to work with me as a sole practioner and allow me to buy what I want. Some ideas for you to check out are Laura Root's Antiqua Prima, Circadia by Dr. Pugliese and Sam Dhatt's Skin Therapy by Dermaquest. I very successfully combine nails and other beauty treatments (have lots of "quick wax of the lip, chin, or brow" and then do the nails.) Hope this helps!
