If the UV Gel Polish is a polish/gel mix, then yes the solvents will
evaporate and there will be some thickening that is going to
naturally occur. I would imagine there are a tremendous amount of
factors that go along with how fast and how much it thickens - how
often it's open, how long its open, the air conditions in the salon
(warm, cold - I belive will elicit different evaporation rates). The
pigment/polish mixes in a polish bottle may also have some solvents
in there (that is most likely what is going to help the polish
consistency) and will likely also have an evaporation issue.
So I can not really answer "are all the polish bottle ones doing
this?" I would have to assume they do - quite possibaly to different
degrees - noticeable or not - solvents evaporate.

color on the client. That particular color is always thick and goopy in the
