please DO NOT mix the Shellac. It very possibly works fab with other gel
polishes that are the same batch of gel pigmented to create different colors.
With Shellac each individual color is a different chemical formula that is
manufactured separately. Layering is the only way to create new colors and be
sure you get a proper cure :o)

Pam,
I had a "product malfunction" last week. I ran 15 minutes behind until I
finally had a mani and caught up with myself on time. I just explained to the
next client I had a malfunction. Then I texted the others to let them know I
was running behind.
I do not want to work with a product that is that temperamental. My product
did not cure... I was a mess, but it was what it was!!!
I am also putting my bottles on a candle warmer... I know some are not
recommending this, but it is working for meand you can get super thin coats on
when it is a tad warm.
Also, when the bottles are almost empty, put them on the warmer and then pour
into the new bottle.
Save the empty bottles if you want to mix colors....
 Happy New Year to everyone!!!!
Buenos dias!

I know we have discussed this topic before.. I was using the Rose Bud Shellac
today and the first coat wrinkled!  Yikes!  The client noticed, but I just told
her that the next coat would fix it.  And then I prayed!  Really hard!  Well,
lucky for me it worked and the next couple of coats smoothed out the wrinkled
layer!  But.. I haven't had problems with that bottle before and I was trying
to put it on thin thin thin~  Things worked out ok, but I was super stressed
when I saw it had wrinkled... on New Years Eve... at 2:20 in the afternoon..
with another client due at 3:00!  There would be no margin for error to stay on
schedule if I had to redo the whole thing!
Does the gel polish need to be thinned?  How would you thin it?  I shook it up
real well before using it.  I am going to start having panic attacks on the gel
polish services I tell ya!

I like the lighter colors and glitters.  I dont get good coverage with the
darker colors unless I do three coats.

I have not had coffee yet. I was thinking of Gelish.
