Katherine, I'm glad to hear things are going well for you! I didn't know you had an accident. Thank goodness you are ok. I need an attitude adjustment so the good karma starts flowing out of my bucket! lol! I really do believe our attitude has alot to do with it, I just need to be reminded from time to time.

Last week was the week that everything went wrong. My cell phone quit ringing on Monday ( bought a new phone ), on Wednesday, the hand piece on my ( very expensive ) electric file started making a strange grinding sound and smelling like somethings burning ( ordered a new hand piece ) and then on Saturday, the bank of lights over my head went out ( not my problem, I rent a room, the lights are the owners responsibility, I just had to work all day with only my table lamp for light ) . Now for the good news, apparently I filled my bad karma quota and have now shifted into the good karma rating. 4, count 'em, FOUR new, happy, appreciative, nice, polite, considerate clients in three days! What's really funny is that the first of the new clients was sitting in my chair Saturday when the lights went out! That marked the end of the bad karma week and the start of the good karma week! I'm giddy! I just started my official salon Facebook page and I got all my SOG color samples finished. Also, my first order from Eco Nail Systems arrived with my So Quick Pink & White Gel Kit, Fast Set Express Polish Cure Top Coat AND my FREE new mixing tool! That tool is the bomb, Elaine, thank you so much. I'm such a nail dork that I'll be giddy for days, weeks even! Also, my hobby is Bellydancing and I haven't performed since the car accident back in October because my neck hurt too much to do spot turns. Well, my first gig since the wreak is tomorrow! I'm dancing with the live band Raw Earth and my troupe Tandava, (no spot turns) ! It's like the bad karma has filled its bucket and now good karma is spilling out! Yes, the wreak totaled a car that I loved. I love the new car just as much, so I'm a few thousand dollars poorer, but, I have a car that I can count on and it has fun toys in it, I like toys, electronic toys, automotive toys, nail toys, all toys. The wreak was not my fault, the insurance paid for it but I chose to add some money and get a newer car than the one I lost. I just had to share my turn of fortune, I had a rough end to 2010 and 2011 wasn't looking too good until this week. Here's hoping that the karma just keeps getting better for us all in the biz!
