Kimberly, Think 1, 2, 3... 1 minute for the base coat , 2 minutes for each color coat and 3 minutes for the top coat. Apply as thin as you can and don't forget to cap the free edges. Of course you'll want to prep first... in OPI language..that would be push back cuticles...buff off shine... cleanse the nails with NAS99... apply (shoot what is it called) Bonder? Bondex? NOT their primer... the ph balancer.... then start applying like I mentioned above....
