I just got off the phone with the client who went to the ski resort spa to have her nails done. Since they did NOT do the nails, I did them yesterday for her. She just told me that they called her to tell her she did not pay for her appointment!!!!!!! Can you believe that? THEY could NOT do HER nails, but yet they wanted to get paid??? Then she tells me that they told her it was $52! Dear god, that is twice what I charge. She told them that since they did NOT do her nails, she was not paying. I would like to say I have heard it all now, but people never cease to amaze me! LOL... buenos dias, Lynnette
