Fellow Techs! Have just had the craziest 10 days I've had in years....flew out to Dallas (Las Colinas in Irving) and signed a lease on a fabulous apartment. Put together a resume and dropped it off at a couple of really nice spas...and have been having interviews (personal and telephone). Fingers crossed that one of them will come through with a position!
Target date is April 15th....the rent on my new apartment starts March 5th, so I can't linger! Came back home and it's as if the energy is magnetizing the ladies on the Island...I have been so booked!!! Busy like back in 2006...."can't you squeeze me in?" But I want to put it out to my fellow "therapists" GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN KEY WEST Salon business for sale! Thriving clientele, excellent location, wonderful landlord....and it's in Paradise!!! "Why leave?" you ask. Nieces and nephews and brothers and sisters and Auntie LaJuan all live in Texas! I can't describe how wonderful it is to be there with them after years of them living overseas and all of us being so busy with our lives that we just didn't get together. STEP INTO A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS Salon is set up for nails and skincare...but hair care could easily be added. Would love to leave the business in place...there's a great reputation in a small town, phone number, plenty of parking (a big issue on an island!) and I'd to think of all I've built continuing on. Am open to discuss leaving equipment and furniture in place...supplies, inventory...any of it. Will be glad to give you full financial disclosure, but as an example, I have a waiting list pretty much all the time. Have been talking to all my clients and they have ALL said they would certainly give the new person a chance to keep their business. They are hoping for a gel-savvy tech, and I am willing to train the new tech and tell them all I know to ensure their success. I will be posting this on Craig's list and in any other legit publication I can find...I am serious about finding my clients someone great to take care of them! Any suggestions, hints, tips or tricks are greatly appreciated!!!
