I have used a candle warmer in the past as long it doesn't get to hot it seems tow work well.

One tech told me when hers starts to get thick, she opens a new bottle of Shellac and then as the new bottle eventually has room in it, she pours the old one into the new one. Basically then it's a full bottle agan and she claims it's not thick. It seems like it would be a vicious cycle. Does anyone else ever do this? On the brighter side, I am becoming more proficient with a gel brush as I've been using more of the Eco SOG and other brands in pots! I love that they don't ever thicken up!
