I know what the companies say. I've been using a genetic 4 bulb 9 watt lamp for about 10 years and they have cured everything from CND, gelify, naillite, ibd, nsi, gelousy, yada yada yada, with no problems.
All of these people get their lights from overseas anyway. No one makes them in the US. I'm pretty sure they're the same as the lights I found. I may just go ahead and bid on the ebay light.
