Angie, I totally feel your pain! I had this happen with Facebook to me last week and was horrified! Then yesterday I tried to friend a tech who was teatured in Nailpro and now I'm blocked from sending friend requests for 4 days!!!! It's insane! Both times I've requested an explanation, but so far I've gotten no response.
I'm left to surmise that maybe we can send a friend request but are not allowed to put a message in with it? I have no clue but it's pi**ing me off royally because I'm not spamming anyone. They have the ability to not accept my friend request if they choose, so I'm confused by this new development. It's so annoying! I'll put a post out on FB to see if anyone else has had this happen and what the big hairy deal is. Anyway, back to the do-it-yourself Shellac client.....do not under any circumstances feel that you owe her an explanation if she were to ask you for pointers on what she's doing wrong. Just shrug your shoulders and say "I don't know", then change the subject. Or better yet, since she didn't have time for you to do her service then maybe you shouldn't have time for her the next time she comes calling. Let her figure it out on her own since she's the one who didn't want to have it done professionally. I knew it would only be a matter of time until the general public was able to buy it.
