The weird thing is.. it was a new cap that did the oozing thing with my Top Coat... :-(

Some of the Caps on my Shellac bottle got "stripped" somehow, and the polish oozes out over the side of the bottle. It's really goofy. Its happened to my Tutti Fruiti and Top Coat...so far...What causes that? And no, I'm not screwing them on toooo tight, i'm just closing them normal... its like the polish all comes the top and it all goopy inside the cap and out the top... I'm am very anal about polish all over the rim of the bottle, as you can imagine.. this is a nightmare for me. Any ideas how THIS happens?
