Dayna, You sync over air. I wanted my schedule to be totally portable and updated on all devices at all times. If you go to www.calengoo.com, they have a ton of screen shots. I usually use the Weekly view on the iPad and Daily view on the iPhone. I can try to take some of my screenshots today as I am using it. Try it, you will love it. I have very high expectations and i am pleased!!
