i bought some of this gel sealer but it did not come with instructions. Does anyone know how to use it? Do i have to use a uv lamp? I believe this was the shiny topcoat that was talked about on this forum some time back and that is why i bought it. I went online and couldnt find anything. Thank you! Barb Boran
