We've been having the opposite affect, it won't budge. We really
have to remove shine and file thin in the center of the nail to have
it soak off quickly. The MQC is giving us the best wear. Are you
curing with UV light or LED? We use the UV.
This is a recent client who returned 48 days after application. She
wanted to see how long it would last, she kept filing down the lenth
since she likes her nails an active length. She finally got her
first chip at day 40.
The yellowing is caused by tanning a lot, IMHO. I have seen it with
people who wear the reds and tan 3-4 times a week. I think the
extra UV exposure is doing something to the pigment. I've see this
with not only MQC but another brand as well.
When you say they are cracking and chipping are you meaning the
product or the natual nail. They must use oil and gloves should be
worn when doing dishes or whenever their hands are in anything that
they wouldn't wash their face with.
If it is peeling, then one of the layers is too thick. MQC is
applied thin, thin, thin and when you think you have it thin enough,
make it thinner.
I guess it all comes down to not everyone has success with a
product. I've been successfully using Shellac, Gelish, ECO and MQC
in the salon. MQC and ECO are our two favorites out of the four.

Clients are coming back with yellowed nails--to the extreme. Plus
they are cracking/chipping. I followed the directions to the letter.
I put it on 5 different clients and have had the same result
everytime. I've been using Gelish for some time now with no troubles. Aaargh.

It has become the favorite one to use in our salon. What issues
are you having, maybe I can help.
