Well... y'all know ME! LOL. I'm just flat out blunt with them. I tell them to SIT STILL and PUT AWAY the phone. I try to explain that every time they move they move the hand I'm working on and that makes it harder to do their nails. Or that it makes it much EASIER for me to cut them with a file or drill a finger instead of a nail.
