I am curious what the cease and desist order is directed at specifically. Is Minx trying to eliminate competition? I certainly don't understand copywrite law on even a basic level, but it doesn't serve the interests of Nail Techs for one company to have a monopoly on a service that is impacting our business so profoundly.
