I think you are referring to 'no-light gel' which doesn't need to be cured under a UV lamp. It really is just a thick resin (glue) and you activate it to make it dry faster. I've used it for my prom girl's nails years ago, for temporary sets only when they wanted tips put on. I think it might work for what you're talking about, but if you can use UV gel instead, the bling will definitely last much longer. Glue breaks down with water, whereas gel does not. My clients go weeks if not months with bling embedded in gel on their toes.
