I worked in a chop shop, I don't advise it. Much of my experience was politically incorrect discussion in mixed company, to put it nicely. The rabbit hole goes well beyond crappy product and dirty files. One of my former apprentices who worked with me there (this is where we met) almost left the industry and is now in therapy.
