LOL welcome to the current decade :) All of your cal and contacts are synced online, no reason to back anything up, it's all in the cloud :) I don't need to integrate everything so I haven't used any other than Jorte for my calendar. I believe there is Agendus for Android and Pocket informant, look at those...
Remember, Droid is a brand of phone, Android is your OS. You have an Android phone. More to come on apps I recommend when I get to my pc. Have fun!
