In Calengoo, click on a time slot that you want to add an appointment to, give it an event title, this is where I put FullSet, Fill or Pedi. Click Event Details, make sure start and end time are correct. DO NOT ADD ATTENDEES. I have a little menu thing at the lower left that I click (I have iPhone version) I choos Insert Contact Data, I then choose to Append to Content, I then pick the contact that I want to link the appointment to Then click Save.
