The owner of the salon I work in wants me to give her 25% of any walk in or call in client. I promptly ignore this of course. I'm the only one in the salon that does gel, so who else would they go to. Also, everyone that comes in off the street for Shellac does so because of the sign I paid for and had the foresight to hang outside. The sign has brought in thousands of dollars in the past year for everyone in the salon that does nails. Oh yeah, I'm the one who brought Shellac into the salon the first day is was in the beauty supply. 25%-I think not.
