well then.....just tried buffing the shine off, certainly gives the look but it seems like it's going to take too much time, especially on natural nails that aren't nice and smooth. So, I accidentally created a matte finish once when I mixed up the bottles and used base instead of top coat. How would base coat over top coat stand up Holly?
