Hi Kim I use a lot of regular glitter set into the tacky layer. I apply it with a dampish gel brush, and really burnish it in. Before I put the final seal on I press it in one more time and wipe down the side walls and free edge. 1 coat of top coat and I get a great smooth finish with good shine lines.
If the glitter is already set into the product, I would think you'll need to give it a bit of time to self level. What is the name of this product?
