I did red venique or however you spell it, on my client today using their top coat. I let her dry a couple of minutes then put her in a uv light to dry some more. The top coat came out milky white and rubbery. I had to take everything off and polish her over again. She chose a different polish this time. Has anyone had this happen to them?
