Patricia....Do you live in Jacksonville, FL? haha that sounds like the shady $%*^ I have been dealing with for over a month with the pathetic salon owners. I am STILL awaiting payment off of services I did back in Nov (already submitted to the city and the state board about this salon). You have excellent advice from the previous posts and I cannot offer anything else except ...you are not alone! I'm so sorry you are going through this. These salon owners now just do not seem to have the business sense of an ant or they are malicious and know what they are doing and just do not care.
