It's me again, Saw a picture of matte black nails with a shinny tip. This has probably been out awhile, but I am behind. I would like to know what you all are doing and using. Are you using matte black polish with no top coat or the nail be and a shinny top coat only on the free edge or are you using a regular black with matte top coat and shinny top coat over the tip.
I have to go get supplies and don't want to purchase an excess of blacks.
