No Gloria, this is not a vote. This is a committee meeting where the
public can come and voice their opinions.
The Vote will be after the committees are finished, then will be sent
to the House for a vote.
I cannot attend because officially as a board member I work for the
governor, so I cannot lobbby either way. I have heard that hundreds
