I use my google calender.  It does let you schedule every week, two weeks,
etc.  It ask you for how long do you want this to go and you can put in an
end date.  You can print out a schedule for each client or the whole
month.  I give a schedule to the client for their records.  It doesn't let
me put in the dollar amount but I do have a cash register for that.
