I have not had that issue with the OPI gelpolish. I apply the basecoat so thin that it looks "rough". I scrub it on with a short, dry gel brush. I apply it that way for all of my uv polishes. I wish I could offer more assistance. Sherri On Jan 24, 2012 2:25 PM, "Becky" <[email protected]> wrote:
