Well you know all the trouble shooting questions... Any changes in diet, 
medication, health etc. or in procedure or product ... Did you change hand 
soap? Etc. 

Have you tried using one of the protein primers ? Are her nails buffed too 
smoothly?  I once had an issue with one nail repeatedly -- and realized that in 
my zeal to make that "burger" stick (as DianA would say! Lol!) I had buffed it 
a bit and was causing my own issue!

Give us more deets to work with... And we'll all chime in, I'm sure!
