Renee, I am dual licensed in Pennsylvania. There used to be a semi active skin care group on BT, but that fizzed some time ago. Not sure why it did not work out like the nails forum/list did. I just tend to keep in touch via Facebook with skin care companies or some of their educators as well as some individual esties.
