I had a client call to schedule an appt for a no-chip mani. I did not have an opening to fit her schedule so she went to a discount salon. This past week she had an appt with me (I didn't know till she came in that she went there) so I had to remove product before reapplying. Well... Had to double soak to remove! She did not know what brand was used. I was glad she was my last of the day since it took longer than time allotted.
