Was it on all the nails or just a few? Her nails curling in the corners
indicate some dryness, make sure she is using her Solar Oil. It would be weird
for it to wear on top like that, but as even across as it is that would be my
guess as well. Do you mind if I forward the photo to the lab with your contact
info?

Subject: NailTech:: Weird result with Shellac
From: [email protected]
To: [email protected]

Hey Ya'll ... I had a Shellac client come back after being away for 4 weeks.
Her french was done with Studio White and Clearly Pink over. Shellac base and
top. Cured in cnd light with bulbs well within expiration dates. When she
left her appointment this french was to the edge and capped. Now, 4 weeks
later it has obviously retracted. Client said she only noticed it the last
week that up until that point the french had been to the end of the nail.
(This is on all of the nails...this one is just more pronounced) The product
has retracted...there was a ridge at the end of the product. The nail was no
longer capped. Has anyone experiences this? I do tons of Shellac and soak off
gels. Never have seen this before. Just curious.
