The first link is the best info. I would take this advice. Write them and ask 
for proof. If they did screenshot it, they need to prove it to you. This is 
really bothering me that they sent this to you. 
I get about twice a year this letter from some company that is adamant that I 
am going to be in violation if I do not have their poster hanging in my 
employee break room. I think I kept the last one, but not sure where I put it. 
(maybe with the taxes!!)  Anyway, really? I do not have an employee break room 
and I do not have any employees!!! 
Please keep us informed about the outcome of this. And please do not send any 
money. It seems that the back and forth from the one guy in the last two links 
took it to past the statute of limitations. INTERESTING information.
