Ultra are is a dual disinfectant, so it will clean the pipes as well as disinfect them. Also there are surfactants in the disinfectants, so they will foam.
To avoid the foam, running the disinfectant through the chair for approx 3-4 minutes. Let the disinfectant sit in the pipes for the remaining 5 minutes, turn on the chair the the remaining minute, and if there was anything stuck in the pipes, Ultracare will have loosened it, and it will drain.
