Yes the new lamp is dual LED/UV. I have seen pictures of it, as far as the 
rest of the details... I don't know, I don't know, I wish I had more of an 
answer for you (all), I am told (again) very soon...

I absolutely promise as soon as I have absolute information I will get it 
to you guys here and in the BT forums as quick as possible.

As far as the Cuccio Gel Polish, it is a bottle/brush application. I have 
no information about it being base/color/top all in one. I will ask and let 
you know.
