Anyone have any tips on finding a nail tech? I have an opening in my salon for a booth renter. I have an ad running on Craigs List, plus have talked to everyone I know in the business including sales reps, beauty supply manager etc. I also think my ad is well written so that isn't the problem. There seems to be a shortage of nail techs. I really need to get someone.
