I just got this message, sorry! I sewed rectangles of fleece about 18 inches long 4 inches wide. Made a slightly smaller insert of thin scrap materiel. Stuffed the insert about 1/2 way with about 2 cups of rice mixed with herbs and scented oil. One batch was oregano, dill and cinnamon oil. Another was dill and cherry oil. Third was unscented. Micro for about a minute or freeze. Hubby said it smelled too "ricey" when heated. I thought they smelled nice. I hope my clients like them as much as I do. Wendy CT [email protected]
