Exactly: this proposal will apply to any UV devices designed to cure nail products that emit light between 200 to 400 nanometers-- which applies to a good portion of the visible light spectrum as well as UV. LEDs emit light at about 380 nm.... your LEDs emit UV light as well. Remember: LED is the type of lightBULB, not the type of LIGHT.
