Seems that lots of the consumer nail fanatics are into this fad.. some call it Franken-Polish a "Frankenstein" mix. Its my understanding they are buying glitter shapes, hex'es hearts squares etc and mixing them into polish.. no rocket science here.. many of the brands we use all the time are starting to come out with similar mixes.. I've got 3 China Glaze bottles here on my desk for my bookkeeper
