They are very similar in quality and shape to the ones I use...the pads I get from Ace Nail Supply by Mbodi abrasives are a wee bit longer than the Star. I get 50 abrasive pads in a bag for $15.95. The file itself was $22 I think. I have used the stainless handle for over 10 years and I love it. Handle is ergonomic. Strong. Sturdy. No break. These are such a good idea!
