If you put the Fuse too thick, and or the client went over 2 weeks it could be more challenging to remove. What remover did you use? Cuccio highly recommends their Conditioning Soak Off. I spoke with Elaine about this very topic last week. She tells me that the Veneer Conditioning Soak Off is a different product from the eco Removal Solution. She did say using Conditioning Soak Off, applying a little heat - wrapping in towel is one way - and making sure you break the seal well. If you continue to have removal problems with that client, try Fuse on just the free edge only.
