Have to check on these two issues, interesting...
#1. Federal Law on expiration of Gift Certificates. I know individual states have them, but have you heard of Federal Regulations on Gift Certificates?
Never heard of anyone ever mentioning a federal law, I think it is a state by state thing
#2. Waxing is not permitted by Wal Mart in their salons???
why not?? they are sub-leased, if the state requires a license to do so & hold that license, they should be able unless walmart says no in the lease agreement..
