Sticking my head out of lurkdom... Back in the day I used latex gloves during services. When they became hard to get I went to nitrile but found they melt with acetone. Same outcome with vinyl. I have even discussed it with my dentist who wont use anything but latex, primarily because of how slick everything else is while holding the drill and instruments.
Being a nurse I am also aware of how many people have latex allergies What are you guys using that doesn't melt? If you use latex are you having people sign disclaimers? If latex, where do you source them? I do TONS of soak off gels so use lots if acetone. Thanks...
