Is it going to be regulated in every store? You can buy acetone in auto parts 
stores, walmart, hardware stores, etc. I am a one person salon with few gel 
clients so I don't buy acetone very often but what about the salons that have 5 
techs each averaging 75% gels? It's crazy!
My rant for the day.
