Is it going to be regulated in every store? You can buy acetone in auto parts stores, walmart, hardware stores, etc. I am a one person salon with few gel clients so I don't buy acetone very often but what about the salons that have 5 techs each averaging 75% gels? It's crazy! My rant for the day.
